2nd person found dead in eastern Washington wildfires, hundreds of structures burned

Two people have died in wildfires in eastern Washington state that began on Friday during red flag conditions. The fires have burned hundreds of structures and forced the closure of a major interstate. Governor Jay Inslee has declared a statewide emergency and is seeking federal aid to help with firefighting efforts. The cause of the fires is under investigation, but they started in dry and windy conditions. Air quality in Spokane is currently the worst in the country.
