California's Death Valley sizzles at 53° Celsius as brutal heat wave continues


Death Valley in California recorded temperatures of 128 degrees Fahrenheit, as the US was hit by a record-breaking heatwave that led around one-third of Americans to be put under heat advisories or warnings. The heat wave is just one part of the extreme weather hitting the US over the weekend. Five people died in Pennsylvania on Saturday when heavy rains.
