The US Supreme Court has agreed to temporarily maintain federal rules on the use of the abortion drug, mifepristone, this week. Lawyers for the Biden administration and maker of the pill, Danco Laboratories, have appealed to the court to preserve access to the drug after a lower court ruling restricted the Food and Drug Administration's authority to approve its use.
