Marcel Hug and Susannah Scaroni won their respective men's and women's wheelchair division races in course record times at the 127th Boston Marathon. Hug won his sixth Boston Marathon title in 1:17:06, beating his previous record of 1:18:04 set in 2017, while Scaroni won her first Boston Marathon title in 1:41:45, after finishing as the runner-up in 2018 and 2022.
