US and allies clash with North Korea, China and Russia over failed satellite launch and tensions

North Korea's unsuccessful attempts to launch a spy satellite and who is to blame for the rise in tensions on the Korean Peninsula were the topics of a dispute between the United States and its allies and North Korea, Russia, and China on Friday.
