In an expansive joint statement, primarily rooted in cutting edge hi-tech cooperation the likes of which Washington does not have with any country, President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday pledged "an even stronger, diverse US-India partnership that will advance the aspirations of our people," after talks in course of what officials described as an "exceptional visit."
